The legs on the triangle piece are either perfect or near enough perfect to reuse with great life expectancy. 1mm inside diameter.
The triangle piece with the pin sticking out the of it in the picture above is where three bushings in the couplet wheel mount up and get bolted together. This is a genuine Toyota piece produced and assembled as part of the shaft assembly referenced by the part number in my listing.
Just a note beware of the couplet wheels sold on for such a low cost. Therefore this assembly is not available anywhere. This not the whole accessory driveshaft sades shaft supplemental auxiliary drive shaft for the previa or the couplet wheels with the bushings. Causing bushing failure or catastrophic damage to items in the vicinity of the shaft.
I rebuilt and sold the shafts. When the bushings are neglected and that whole shaft gets off angle while still spinning, at engine speed mind you, the steel centers of those bushings make contact against the sides of each leg of the triangle piece. Mounting holes on this assembly for bushing centers to press in are approx 12. Mind you this shaft spins at engine speed to drive the front mounted accessories IE a c, power steering pump, alternator, etc.
The bearing is smooth as glass. When the engine rpm cycles high and low while driving the contact becomes more intense and the legs get worn more and more until they are too weak to reuse when installing replacement bushing wheels or the legs break. Here's the story when the bushings in the couplet wheel fails and the shaft is continually used, without servicing the bushings in the wheels or replacing the wheels, the shaft gets violently erratic in its behavior.
Since the engine is mid mounted. I have this pictured assembly used but in good working order. Replacement driveshafts sold here and elsewhere do not include this assembly. Some had failed bushings that left minor markings in the triangle piece, but they are still usable.
